By accessing or using Prepza, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Description of service

Prepza is an AI-powered assessment platform that provides practice questions, mock exams, instant marking, and readiness tracking for high-stakes professional and academic examinations. We do not provide official exam content, tutoring, or guarantees of exam success.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or allow others to use it
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our content at scale
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Use the platform to cheat on actual examinations
• Interfere with the platform's security or availability

5. Content and intellectual property

Prepza owns the platform, branding, and proprietary software. Past questions and official content are clearly labelled as such. AI-generated content is created for your personal study use and may not be redistributed without permission.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are handled through our payment provider. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. No guarantees

Prepza provides honest signal about your readiness. We do not guarantee that specific questions will appear on your exam, that you will pass, or that your scores will match official results. Use Prepza as a preparation tool, not a substitute for studying.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prepza is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraud, or behavior that harms other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
